Docking station Neuwied-Engers
It is an obligation to use shore power!
Please take shore power right after mooring. (Ships with a maximum stay of 2 hours at this station may not use shore power.)
To open the door of shore power or water station you will need a 8mm three-square socket wrench!
1. Shore power
To get shore power you will need a Powerlock system .
Charging and activating of shore power will be done by Walstroom Involtum.
To use the service the ship has to be registered by Walstroom Involtum.
The necessary password should be well known, it ist he same for using Walstroom Involtum services in the Netherlands.
For activating your account you have to login by internet, phone or App. (Details are stated in the manuel.)
Electricity tarif is € 0,38 per KWH.
A settlement of consumption you will get after use by mail.
2. Water
Connection to water pipe will be by C-52 connector.
Activating the water station will be done by Walstrom Involtun as well.

Water tarif is € 2,98 per m3.
